Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation’s summer event series is in full swing!  The Buffalo office recently hosted an elegant art reception in the 40-50 Fountain Plaza lobby aimed at showcasing the new public art gallery. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and beverages from Flint Kitchen + Bar, alongside a string quartet, while viewing the various art pieces and installations throughout the lobby.

Our Tampa Office has Moved!

We are excited to announce our Tampa office relocation to the highly sought-after Westshore Business District in one of the most recognizable buildings along Kennedy Blvd. The 46,077 square foot property, formerly known as "The Venture Center", is located at 4100 W Kennedy Blvd and was purchased by Ciminelli back in December 2021. The building is being rebranded with a new name, "4100 KENNEDY", and major renovations currently underway!
