Gina Karnes Returns to Ciminelli as Director of Property Services

Gina M. Karnes has returned to Ciminelli as Director of Property Services, bringing more than 25 years of experience in commercial property management. She was previously with the firm from 2015 to 2023, and her return reflects both her strong track record and familiarity with the company’s portfolio, clients, and team.

In her role, Gina oversees a mixed-use commercial portfolio across the Greater Tampa Bay, Central, and Southwest Florida markets, leading a team of property managers and administrative staff while managing overall operations, financial performance, and client service. She serves as the primary liaison between ownership groups, tenants, vendors, and internal teams, and is focused on maintaining consistent operating standards and enhancing asset performance.
