Established as an innovative commercial real estate professional with over 27 years of demonstrated success within the Chicago and Tampa Bay market areas, Judy Healey delivers broad-based experience and success in leasing, investment brokerage, property management, space design, appraisal and construction management. Prior to joining Ciminelli Real Estate of Florida, LLC, Ms. Healey's diverse background of experience has resulted in the successful completion of over $314 Million in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing over 3.15 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.

In Judy's spare time, she is the mother of a beautiful daughter attending the University of Florida, an active Big Sister in the Big Brother Big Sisters Foundation, and Founder of the Palm Harbor University High School's award-winning “Fusion Dance Team”.
