Mr. Adler joined the Ciminelli team in December 2007 as an Associate. His focus is landlord representation for Industrial and Office properties. His responsibilities include::
- Lease prospect canvassing
- Negotiating lease contracts
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Market research
- Market analysis
Mr. Adler began his real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial and in 2005 where he was recognized as being in the top 18% of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s agents worldwide.
Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Adler was a Teacher in the Hillsborough County Public School System. During his career as a Teacher, he wrote a grant to provide $150,000 to his school to bring innovative learning and teaching techniques into the classroom.
He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) where he also heads the Commercial Information Exchange Task Force. In 2007, he was recognized by FGCAR’s board as the Task Force Chair of the Year, and in 2009 he was awarded a Pinnacle Award for deals valued in excess of $1 million. Mr. Adler is also an active member of the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg where he co-chairs the Family of Rotary committee.
Mr. Adler has attained the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and holds a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida.
